The relationships they have cultivated throughout this journey are invaluable, and the deep connections formed with the dogs they serve are treasured beyond measure. At Woof Tang, their primary focus lies in obedience training and understanding dog behavior, complemented by an ever-expanding knowledge base in various training techniques and dog sports. Alongside establishing connections with prominent dog trainers in the community, they are also students at Tarheel Canine, furthering their education in Canine protection, sport, detection and more.

Tai Phan
Tai Phan, CEO of company, Training Decoy, & Dog Trainer is a passionate dog trainer and certified PSA Decoy, specializing and training in basic obedience, protection dogs and behavior modification. With a deep commitment to enhancing the relationship between dogs and their owners, Tai utilizes effective training methods tailored to each dog's unique needs. His expertise and enthusiasm for canine behavior ensure that both dogs and their families experience a transformative journey toward success and understanding.
Lexi Phan
Lexi Phan, CEO of company, Director of Dog Training, Dog Trainer, and Training Decoy has always had a deep connection with animals, stemming from her modest beginnings, raising Huskies at a young age. at 18 years old she found herself drawn to dog training and started her career as a professional dog trainer. Since then she has expanded and continues to grow in her techniques and knowledge in the field. Lexi firmly believes that training dogs and assisting others in their training journeys fosters a unique and meaningful bond between humans and their canine companions. Her love for dogs inspired her to establish a multiservice facility for dogs, and pursue her dog training passions.
Max Caico
Max Caico is Woof Tang K9’s Obedience Trainer. Originally from South Florida and currently residing in Orlando, he holds a Master Trainer certification from Tarheel Canine Training School for Dog Trainers and has over 5 years of professional experience dog training.
Max specializes in pet obedience, behavior modification, tracking, detection and decoying. He has experience working with a wide variety of dogs, ranging from high-drive working dogs to family companions. His background includes extensive hands-on experience with dog behavior, public obedience, leash manners, socialization, and real-world training scenarios for dogs of all ages and temperaments.
